Jerry
President

Jerry's professional photographic career started at Drew University, then moved to the original Madison Photo Shop in 1969. Jerry founded the Drew photo club, judged photo competitions, taught photography, has exhibited in several states and been published in numerous publications. He is past president of Photofair stores of New Jersey, the oldest photo retail guild in the nation, and is a member of the Photographic Research Organization. He is also an internationally recognized Certified Photographic Consultant (CPC).
Jerry's favorite cameras include the Topcon Super DM, Hasselblad SWC, and the Rolleiflex 2.8F (his recent favorites: Pentax K20D, Promaster 18-200 zoom lens, Casio Exilim EX-Z77 and Sanyo HD-2.

Rob has been the manager of Madison PhotoPlus for the last 14 years, coming to Madison with 22 years of experience as a photographer and photo specialty store manager. Rob is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in photo and filmmaking.
Rob is a Certified Photographic Consultant, and is our resident Photoshop restoration artist and video expert.

Vincent has over 20 years of photo industry experience. He was a manager of a one hour photo lab in New York City for 15 years and also owned and operated a one hour photo lab / studio in Old Tappan NJ for 5 years. After coming to Madison PhotoPlus, he earned his International Photographic Certification in short order and is one of our most popular consultants.

Sybil has been involved in the photo industry for 15 years. At Madison PhotoPlus she enjoys taking an active role in the selection of frames and albums for the store. She has years of experience in helping to choose the very best products for our clients, and is always on the lookout for new and interesting products! |

Marie has lived in New Jersey all her life. She previously worked at Epsteins before finding Madison PhotoPlus. The store is like one big happy family, more like home than work!
Marie loves to help people with their images, create the best pictures possible, and then frame them for gifts or for themselves. She is also a lover of any and all kinds of animals.

Lynne
Owner

Lynne has been taking pictures for over twenty years, and involved in the photo industry itself for almost all of that time. She enjoys mostly photographing children and nature, especially flowers. Lynne and her Pentax LX body and lenses have been around the world several times. She has extensive experience photographing figure skating, both individuals and competitions. She is a proud member of United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA). She is also a BIPS instructor.
Lynne is a full Certified Photographic Consultant, and can help with any photo - related question.

Bret Harmen is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Photo Science. He has spent 6 years working for Fuji Hunt Photo Chemicals as a technician and is excited to be back with our company. Bret enjoys shooting nature, sports and candid photos. He is familiar with many of the new challenges the digital world can provide.

Larry
Sales |
Larry served as a U.S. Navy Photographer Mate (Naval Aircrew man) First Class Petty Officer (E-6) for 13 1/2 years. His duty stations included the USS Nimitz CVN 68, Moffett Field, CA, and two tours at Norfolk VA.
While in the Navy some of Larry’s duties included an Aerial Photographer, Camera Repairman and Nightshift Director for command’s TV Studio. He also received specialized training at Rochester Institute of Technology in the field of Photographic Science. Larry visited over 200 ships providing photographic training to regular sailors.
After leaving the service, Larry moved into publishing, working as Art Director for multiple weekly magazines. He currently shoots with a Canon EOS 50D and enjoys working with speedlight and studio lighting setups. |

Josh

Josh Gil lived in New York City most of his life and became a New Jersey resident four years ago. He has a history in retail, previously working for FAO Schwarz. Josh graduated from NJCU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. While in college Josh took a some photography classes and has enjoyed photography ever since!
Josh shares his love for photography with his family and will often take pictures of his family, friends, and pets. His true fascination is urban photography - using various techniques, especially multiple exposures. |
